1. Services Provided

Ginkgo Tree Coaching provides life coaching services with a focus on resilience, mindset, and personal growth. Coaching sessions are conducted virtually and are intended to support clients in setting and achieving personal goals.

2. Appointments & Payments

All coaching sessions are scheduled via Calendly and require advance booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are clearly stated at the time of booking and must be paid in full before services are rendered.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded.

4. Disclaimer of Results

Ginkgo Tree Coaching is committed to supporting your growth, but coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your commitment, participation, and implementation of action steps. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not responsible for the results you achieve.

5. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological conditions. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical or mental health concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and coaching materials, is the property of Ginkgo Tree Coaching and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward Ginkgo Tree Coaching or other clients will result in termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ginkgo Tree Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
